Mission
The mission of the Career Advising, Planning, & Placement (CAPP) Center is to provide resources, advisement, guidance, and programs that support and challenge the students to set educational and occupational goals and collaboratively develop academic and career plans that efficiently and effectively meet those goals.

- To assist students with career advising and planning
- To assist students with collaboratively developing academic and career plans
- To provide individualized and group assistance
- To offer resources to students for career advising and planning and occupational research
- To support and supplement academic advising and activities
- To provide information regarding employment opportunities
Services
- Individual and group career advising, planning, and exploration sessions/workshops
- Individual and group peer mentoring sessions
- Resources for and assistance with developing a resume and a cover letter and preparing for an interview
- Resources and information about career fields, occupations, programs of study, colleges, and employment opportunities
