No transcript will be released if there is a hold on the student's record (i.e. parking tickets, returned checks, financial aid problems).

E-mail requests are not accepted. Transcripts are free of charge.

If attending the Dublin Center, or the Eastman Campus, the forms have to be forwarded to the main campus for processing. Transcripts can not be released by the Dublin Center or the Eastman Campus.

This form is provided for MGC students who wish to print, complete, and submit to the MGC Office of the Registrar.
