MGC AVIATION CAMPUS DONATES TOYS AND FOOD

(Cochran, GA) – Toys collected at the Georgia Aviation Campus through the Toys for Tots program were donated to the Christian Life Center in Eastman on Thursday December 20th.
The toys, donated by Middle Georgia College students and employees, were delivered by Dr. David Brockway, the director of the campus, and Andrea Yawn, the administrative assistant.
Toys for Tots is a charitable effort of the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve in which new, unwrapped toys are collected each year for distribution as Christmas gifts to less fortunate children in the community.
In addition to the toys, Brockway and Yawn brought canned food items and other non-perishable food items that were collected at the Middle Georgia College Christmas Luncheon on Monday December 17th.
The Christian Life Center is operated by the Dodge Baptist Association. The deliveries were presented to Mike Grenade, Director of Missions.
