MGC’S AVIATION CAMPUS TO HOST "COMMUNITY CONNECTIONS"

(Cochran, GA) – The Georgia Aviation Campus of Middle Georgia College will be hosting an event intended to showcase volunteer service organizations in the local area and connect them with people who want to get involved. The event, called "Community Connections," will feature several volunteer organizations from Dodge County. They will be available in the main hallway of the Terry Coleman Building at the Aviation Campus in Eastman on Wednesday, October 10th, 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m., to speak to anyone interested.
"Community Connections" is offered as a service to the public. Dr. David Brockway, the campus director, stated, "Middle Georgia College is here to serve the community. Assisting volunteer service organizations to achieve their goals is one way of doing that. It is also my hope that events such as these will serve to strengthen the bond between our campus and the residents of Dodge County."
