To locate the MAC address of your Xbox 360 Console (New Xbox Experience):

1. In the Xbox Dashboard, go to My Xbox and open System Settings.

2. Select Network Settings, Edit Settings.

3. On the Additional Settings tab, select Advanced Settings, then select Alternate MAC Address.

4. If you're connected to your XBox with an Ethernet cable, write down the 12 letters and numbers under Wired MAC Address.

5. Submit a Helpdesk Request with the Mac Address and include your dorm and room number.

Locate the MAC Address of Your Xbox 360 Console (pre-NXE)

To locate the MAC address of your Xbox 360 (pre-NXE) console:

1. Go to the System area of the Xbox Dashboard and select Network Settings.

2. Select Edit Settings.

3. From Additional Settings, select Advanced Settings.

4. At the bottom of this screen you'll see a heading called Wired MAC Address.

5. Submit a Helpdesk Request with the Mac Address and include your dorm and room number.
