We offer in-room support, by appointment, to residents with ethernet ports that are not functional. We do not offer in-room configuration of your computer or in-room computer technical support. If you have a broken ethernet port, please submit a Helpdesk request to schedule your appointment. Residents must be in the room at the time of service.
