Purchasing

Welcome to the Purchasing Department page. We are located in building 120 on the campus map, or the second floor of Jackson Hall. Jackson is located across from Morris Gymnasium on College St. and across from Dillard Hall on Sarah St.

The Purchasing Department under the direction of the Vice President for Fiscal Affairs is responsible for the procurement of all materials, supplies, equipment and services required by all departments and units of Middle Georgia College. This responsibility includes, but is not limited to the following:

1. Receiving of Purchase Requisitions, bidding purchases as necessary, issuing purchase orders, and placing orders.
2. Reporting purchases to the State Purchasing Auditors.
3. Administering the State of Georgia Purchasing Card Program.
