Mission

The mission of Facilities Planning is to oversee the planning, construction and maintenance of the college's capital assets.

Goals

• To make facilities planning an essential part of the Campus Master Plan
• To ensure that all new facilities and all renovations and rehabilitation of facilities meet the requirements for safety, durability, maintenance, appearance and energy efficiency according to the Board of Regents and Georgia Finance & Investment Commission guidelines
• To promote regular, ongoing maintenance of facilities and utilities infrastructure in accordance with Board of Regents and Georgia Finance & Investment Commission standards
