Biography

Lt Col Rusty "Crash" Miller (Ret) entered the Air Force in 1987 after receiving his commission through the ROTC Detachment at Mississippi State University. He earned his pilot wings at Columbus Air Force Base, Columbus, Miss., in 1989. He has flown his entire career at various locations, including Bitburg Air Base, Germany, Robins Air Force Base, GA., Elmendorf Air Force Base, AK., Cecil Field Naval Air Station, FL., Naval Air Station Oceana, VA., and Lakenheath Air Base, United Kingdom. Prior to his employment at MGC, he was the Chief of Flight Safety, HQ USAFE, Ramstein Air Base, Germany. MILITARY FLIGHT INFORMATION: Rating: Command Pilot. Flight hours: More than 3,000. Aircraft flown: F-15A/B/C/D, F-15E, F/A-18A/B/C/D, T-34C. CIVILIAN FLIGHT INFORMATION: Rating: Airline Transport Pilot- Airplane Multi-Engine Land / CFII/MEI / Private Pilot - Rotorcraft Helicopter
