Game Detail

MGC trailed GMC 1-0 from the 2nd inning until Susanna Stokes 7th inning 
homer evened the score at 1-1. GMC picked up 3 hits and a walk in the 
bottom of the 7th and took the game 2-1. Katie Turner took the loss on the 
mound dwhile Keri Tompkins and Jenna Hanson led the offense with two hits 
each.  The Warriors came back in the nitecap iwth an 11 hit game and run 
ruled the host team 9-0 in five innings.  Alyssa Amerson registered the win  
with an eight K and 3 hit shutout performance. Stokes led the hitters going 
3 for 3 at the plate while Hanson, Kayla Bawking, and Jessica Cook added 
two hits each.
