General Submission Guidelines
Muses seeks the best short fiction, poetry, creative non-fiction, and photography relevant to the theme of Cultural Collisions. "Collision" is defined broadly in our view, ranging from obvious physical intersections to more personal inner turmoil.
Shock us! Surprise us! Make us think Dang! I wish I'd written that!
Submissions should be produced by students of Middle Georgia College and/or
Bleckley County residents.
Submissions will be accepted until midnight on February 28, 2013.

Include your name, title of the piece, and the genre of your submission in the subject line (ex.: Jane Smith "Sunset" Poetry). We also require a brief 50 word bio to be used as contributor notes should your submission be chosen for publication.
Monetary awards will be given for the finest poetry and prose.
Prose:
no more than 3,000 words, or
6 pages. Please, only one prose submission per author.
Poetry:
no more than 5 poems per author
submission.
Visual Art:
no more than 5 images (saved as
GIF or JPEG attached files). Each image should have its own title.
