Citation Appeal

Before you begin, you may want to read the following:

• Tickets issued for parking in reserved Faculty/Staff or Handicap Spaces cannot be appealed.
• Appeals must be filed within three (3) working days of the date of the ticket.
• The decision of the committee is final.
• All fields on this form must be filled out. Appeals sent with incomplete information will not be considered.
• The appeal reply will be sent to the email address given on the form. It is the student's responsibility to check that email address for a reply and take action, if necessary, according to the appeal response.
