 DONALD C. FOSKEY MEMORIAL AVIATION SCHOLARSHIP ESTABLISHED AT MGC (Cochran, GA) – Middle Georgia College is pleased to announce the recent establishment of the “Donald C. Foskey Memorial Aviation Scholarship.” The scholarship was established by Mrs. Linda Foskey of Cochran in memory of her son, who was enrolled at MGC at the time of his death. The scholarship will benefit non-traditional students who are enrolled in the Aviation Maintenance Technology Certificate Program at Middle Georgia College.
