MGC THEATRE CLUB PRESENTS TALENT SHOW
Release Date:03/02/2012

(Cochran, GA) – The Middle Georgia College Theatre Club recently held a Talent Show on the Cochran campus. Sonya Uddin won first place, Michael Ursrey won second place, and Jordan Gallemore won third place. Uddin said, “The entire experience of being on stage in front of everyone was definitely a bit nerve wracking. But when it comes down to it, just having fun with your performance is what really matters, and I think everybody did an amazing job with that.”

Students Holden Holley, Kavan Marambe, Kaeodon Rye, Chara Nobles, Tevan Booker, Rayjhan Bethune, Savannah del Ray, Lexi Hnatiak, Jada Holmes, Matthew Young, and Joshua Sonola also participated. Student Jebose Chinukwue performed during the intermission. MGC alumna Kristen Lucas was the main judge and was assisted by Becky Smith and Amy Eller. Theatre Club Vice President Timberely Thompson said, “I thought the talent show went great! There was a lot of talent on that stage, and I'm glad we were able to pull it off our first semester since starting Theatre Club. We had a few mistakes, but my only hope is that we can take this experience to make next year's event even better!"
