Before you begin, you may want to read the following:
- Tickets issued for parking in reserved Faculty/Staff or Handicap Spaces cannot be appealed.
- Appeals must be filed within three (3) working days of the date of the ticket.
- The decision of the committee is final.
- All fields on this form must be filled out. Appeals sent with incomplete information will not be considered.
- The appeal reply will be sent to the email address given on the form. It is the student's responsibility to check that email address for a reply and take action, if necessary, according to the appeal response.
